U18 Youth Mixed Fundamentals Group
Program 1: 6 weeks
A structured youth program designed to help U18 players build strong foundations and develop into more confident, capable volleyball players. Drawing on Japanese influences in form, discipline and technique, this program aims to elevate junior development and raise the standard of play in Australia.
For players interested in a more competitive pathway, the program will also help prepare juniors for future opportunities in the Volleyball Victoria State League.
Men’s and Women’s Performance Group Tryouts
Program 1: 6 weeks
Tryouts for players interested in joining MVP’s upcoming performance groups.
A select group of 14 athletes with their specific roles will be chosen through tryouts to train with our experienced coaches across the program. Players will work on elevating their individual skills while developing the ability to perform within a strong team environment at a high level pace.
Volleyball specific strength and fitness will also be incorporated to help athletes improve their physical capabilities, build resilience and reduce the risk of injury.
This group will also have opportunities to enter tournaments together with the support of our coaches, giving players valuable experience in a competitive team environment.
We will also guide and prepare athletes who are aiming to progress into top teams within the Volleyball Victoria State League, as well as those aspiring to trial for the Victorian State Team.
