TRAINING SESSIONS

If you're looking to improve your volleyball skills at a higher level while also getting reps and an intense workout, then this training is for you. 

A GRADE GUIDELINE:

• I can overhand serve consistently to specific targets at moderate intensity
• I can receive serves to A target area at least 60% of the time
• I can control the ball and direct it to a target
• I can keep up with a slightly faster paced rally
• I can attack with control and consistency at moderate intensity
• I understand basic positioning and defensive systems
• I understand 5–1 rotation

About Coach Tarek:
A professional setter for Ghazir Club and a former U18 and U21 Lebanese national team setter. Trained under elite coaches from the USSR, France and Poland, he brings a strong technical foundation and international high performance player and coaching experience. He has extensive coaching experience in Australia, including leading the VIC U16 Men's State Team to a silver medal. He is currently head coach of the VIC U19 Men’s State Team and a fitness coach for Premier 1 and 2 athletes at Heidelberg and Renegades Volleyball Club.
