TRAINING SESSIONS

If you’re already solid across the core skills and want to sharpen consistency at game pace while improving team systems and decision making, this training is for you.

B GRADE GUIDELINE:

• I understand basic overhand serving technique but still working on consistency
• I understand basic spiking technique and footwork
• I understand basic passing and digging form and technique
• I can receive easier serves to a playable target area
• I can keep most balls playable during rallies
• I communicate and call for the ball
  

About Coach Natch:
A former Premier 2 libero with competitive experience across New Zealand and Australia. He was awarded Grand Final MVP in 2025, and won gold in RM2, and was also a bronze medallist as libero in the New Zealand Tertiary competition. In 2025, he coached the AVC RW2 team to a silver medal finish.
